COMPLAINT LODGED AGAINST ACTOR SIDDHARTH IN CHENNAI – WHAT HAPPENED?

He had earlier criticized Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for claiming that there has been no oxygen shortage in the state and those caught spreading “lies”, their properties would be seized.
Siddharth retorted with a sharp punch for this statement of Yogi’s - Any false claims of being a decent human being or a holy man or a leader will face one tight slap.
Later, Siddharth claimed that his phone number has been leaked by “BJP’s IT Cell” and alleged that he and his family members were receiving rape and death threats.
“My phone number was leaked by members of TN BJP and @BJPtnITcell
Over 500 calls of abuse, rape and death threats to me & family for over 24 hrs. All numbers recorded (with BJP links and DPs) and handing over to Police.
I will not shut up. Keep trying,” he wrote.
Now, in the latest, a BJP executive who goes by the name Anandan, has lodged a complaint with the Chennai Police Commissioner's Office against Siddharth for slandering the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, reports News18.
