The movie is bankrolled by Columbia Pictures and Fulwell 73 and according to reports, its indeed a modern fairy tale which follows Cinderella's story with a twist - some not-so-evil stepmother and stepsisters.
The movie also features Billy Porter, Idina Menzel, Nicholas Galitzine, James Corden, John Mulaney, Missy Elliott, Minnie Driver and Pierce Brosnan in important roles. Cinderella is all set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on September 3 - Check out the announcement here:
