OFFICIAL: BONEY KAPOOR’S FOOTBALL SAGA WITH KEERTHY SURESH LOCKS RELEASE!
Home > Tamil Movies > Tamil Cinema NewsProducer Boney Kapoor, under his banner Bayview Projects LLP, had recently bankrolled the Ajith Kumar-starrer Nerkonda Paarvai, a legal drama that starred Ajith Kumar, Shraddha Srinath, Abhirami, Andrea Tariang in central roles while Rangaraj Pandey, Arjun Chidambaram, Adhik Ravichandran and others played crucial roles.
Post which, he had earlier announced an interesting project titled Maidaan. This upcoming sports-drama features Ajay Devgn and also marks the debut of the National Award-winning actress Keerthy Suresh in Bollywood.
While the first look has taken the internet by storm, the team had kickstarted the film on August. Ajay Devgn will be seen essaying the role of legend Syed Abdul Rahim, head coach of India's first football team and also known as the “Architect of Indian Football's Golden era".
Directed by Badhai Ho director Amit Ravindernath Sharma, the film is written by Saiwyn Quadras and Ritesh Shah. Presented by Zee Studios, the film is all set to hit the big screens on November 27th 2020.
