Ranjith's Madras. Later she appeared in Pa. Ranjith's Kabali. She participated in the second season of tamil reality television show Bigg Boss and became the winner of that season.
Lately the actress has been posting BTS pictures of the films in which she acted. Today she shared the first day shoot picture of Madras film. She wrote "From the archive... Madras first day shoot #madras #madrasmovie @kalaiyarasananbu @ranjithpa @athiyanathirai @harikrishnananbu".
Her upcoming films are "Odavum Mudiyathu Oliyavum Mudiyathu", and an untitled biopic of actor-politician MGR, in which she essays the role of Janaki Ramachandran.
