BANG BANG BANG! SIVAKARTHIKEYAN'S DOCTOR REACHES MEGA MILESTONE! DIWALI ARRIVES EARLY FOR TEAM!!

With the movie's popularity increasing multifold, several fans thronged theatres and all showtimes have been running housefull in multiple theatres. The movie stars Priyanka Mohan, Vinay, Yogi Babu, Archana, Arun Alexandar, Deepa, and Ilavarasu in other pivotal roles. 'Doctor' had a simultaneous release in Telugu as 'Varun Doctor'.

It was revealed by sources that 'Doctor's' gross collection in Tamil Nadu on the first day collection was recorded to be around Rs 7.36 crores. The movie had already collected Rs 60 crores within three weeks of its release. Now the makers have announced that Sivakarthikeyan's 'Doctor' has crossed the 100 crore mark.

KJR Studios, which co-produced the movie along with Sivakarthikeyan Productions, wrote on Twitter, "25 days of this vera maari BLOCKBUSTER making you laugh, clap & cheer! We're happy to declare that #Doctor has officially grossed 100 Crores in Theatrical." They also shared a video where fans were seen celebrating the movie by flocking to nearby theatres, sharing their reviews and a few glimpses from the film.

Sun TV, which has grabbed the satellite rights for the movie, announced that the superhit movie will be telecast on the channel on the festive occasion of Deepavali, November 4 at 6.30 pm. While there are talks about an OTT release on the same night, nothing has been confirmed yet.
