ARYA'S PAINFUL WORKOUT FOR PA. RANJITH'S NEXT FILM IS MAKING HEADS TURN: 'MONDAY MOTIVATION AT ITS BEST'

Ahead of the film's shoot, Arya and the film's co-actors, including actor John Kokken, have been rigorously training for his role in this sports-based film. Recently, Arya released another workout video, which showed the actor doing crunches while the trainer strikes his belly with a bag.

The video has grabbed the eyeballs of many, including actress and Arya's wife Sayyeshaa, TV anchor Deepak and producer Dhananjayan. The video guarantees the right amount of motivation for a Monday morning.

Reportedly titled as Salpeta, the film also stars 'Attakathi' Dinesh and Kalaiyarasan in important roles. With Santhosh Narayanan's music, the film will feature action choreographed by National Award-winning duo Anbariv.
