Of which his film, Magamuni is directed by Santha Kumar who had debuted with his 2011 crime-thriller, Mounaguru. The acclaimed film featured Arulnidhi and Iniya in lead roles which was well-received by the audiences.

Magamuni features Indhuja Ravichandran as the female lead, while Mahima Nambiar, Balasingh and Kaali Venkat and others play crucial supporting roles. The film is shot by Arun Padmanaban and the editing is done by National award-winning editor V.J Sabu Joseph. The film features music by S.S Thaman.

Bankrolled by K.E Gnanavel Raja under the banner Studio Green, the film is all set to hit the screens on September 6. The first sneak-peak of the film was released yesterday and it had created a lot of buzz in the social media. And now, it has been made official that the film is censored U/A.
