RED HOT: ARUN VIJAY IS THE VILLAIN OF THALAPATHY 63? - IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION HERE!

Thalapathy 63, directed by Atlee and produced by AGS Entertainment, is in its pre production stages, and the film is expected to go on floors early next year. Last night, it was announced that Nayanthara would be playing the leading lady in this biggie.
 

Simultaneously, it was rumoured in social media that Arun Vijay will be playing the antagonist in Thalapathy 63, locking horns with Vijay. However, when we checked with our reliable close sources, they denied the news as a baseless rumour. The makers are expected to announce the names of the rest of the cast in the coming days.

Arun Vijay, who had a successful outing with Mani Ratnam's Chekka Chivantha Vaanam, has films like Agni Siragugal (with Vijay Antony) and Boxer in the pipeline. He is also awaiting the release of Thadam, that marks his reunion with director Magizh Thirumeni of 'Thadaiyara Thaakka' fame. 

Thalapathy 63 comprises of the Mersal's technical team that includes A.R.Rahman (music), G.K.Vishnu (cinematography), Ruben (edit), and Muthuraj (art direction).
