While the first part was a big hit, the second part is taking some time to be released due to various reasons including the COVID-19 pandemic. The latest update regarding the film is out now which reveal that Dream Warrior Pictures will be releasing the film in Tamil Nadu.
While 'Rocking star' Yash will be reprising his role as the dreaded gangster Rocky in the sequel to the iconic Kannada film, Actress Srinidhi Shetty is set to play the female lead. She also has Ajay Gnanamuthu's upcoming movie 'Cobra', which stars Vikram as the lead.
Earlier the makers had hinted that "The Monster will only arrive when the hall is filled with gangsters," suggesting that the magnum opus will hit theatres only. "His new arrival date will be announced soon," the makers said.
Directed by Prashant Neel and Produced by Hombale Films, Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon, Rao Ramesh, 'Vada Chennai' fame Saran Sakthi are playing pivotal characters in the film.
