WOW: RECENT SENSATIONAL MALAYALAM FILM GETS A REMAKE! BLOCKBUSTER PRODUCER BAGS THE RIGHTS

Anna Ben who gave memorable performances in movies like ‘Kumbalangi Nights’ and ‘Helen’ is back with a scintillating performance in ‘Kappela’. Roshan Mathew and Sreenath are also at their best, making the Muhammad Musthafa directorial, a fine watch. The movie was bankrolled by the production house Kadhaas Untold.

The latest news is that the movie is all set to be remade in Telugu and blockbuster production house Sithara Entertainments who produced films like ‘Jersey’ and ‘ Ala Vaikunthapuramulo’ have bagged the Telugu remake rights of the movie.

Confirming this news, Producer Vishnu Venu wrote a post on his Facebook handle, which read “Announcing a happy news! Kappela is to be remade in telugu by Sithara Entertainments (Producers of Allu Arjun's Ala Vaikunthapuramulo, Jersey Movie, and many more). Kappela is the third movie from Malayalam industry after Premam & Ayyappanum Koshiyum to be bought by them! Expressing our sincere thanks to all well wishers for making our small movie a grand success!"
