HOW DID ANIRUDH REACT WHEN DHANUSH PLAYED HIM POWER PANDI SONGS?

A major credit in the success of Velaiyilla Pattadhari can be attributed to Anirudh's music. But when the makers announced that he would not be scoring the music for the sequel, fans were disappointed. Anirudh was replaced by Sean Roldan, who is also the former's good friend. 

In our recent exclusive interview with Anirudh, when asked about VIP2 and Sean Roldan, he said, '' I really like Sean (Roldan) as a person, I'm sure he will do well. Dhanush is using our themes from the first part and even apart from that, I feel Sean will do a really good job. I am also waiting to hear the songs. I haven't heard VIP2 songs yet but Dhanush played the songs from Power Pandi and showed me and I really liked it''. 

Dhanush and Sean Roldan will definitely be a fresh combination and it will also be exciting to see Anirudh join hands with Dhanush again sometime in the future!
