MOHAN RAJA TO DIRECT THIS 'TOP STAR' IN SENSATIONAL BOLLYWOOD FILM'S REMAKE?

The acclaimed film was helmed by Sriram Raghavan-helmed and its racy screenplay and breathtaking performances were loved by the audience.
The film was co-written by Sriram Raghavan along with Arijit Biswas, Pooja Ladha Surti, Yogesh Chandekar, and Hemanth Rao. The film was jointly produced by Viacom 18 Motion Pictures in association with Matchbox Pictures. Andhadhum also won the prestigious National Film Awards in the categories of the best-adapted screenplay and acting (male) respectively.
The film is touted to be remade in other languages and in Tamil, it's confirmed that actor, director, and producer Thiagarajan had bought the remake rights of the film and that 'Top Star' Prashanth will be acting as the male protagonist.
This news came in August 2019, but the further details on the cast and crew are yet to be released. Various filmmakers are being speculated to direct the film in Tamil and recently, it has been known that popular director Mohan Raja is in talks to helm the film.
