OFFICIAL: AMIDST LOCKDOWN, VISHNU VISHAL’S INDRU NETRU NAALAI 2 COMPLETES THIS MAJOR STAGE!

Following which, in July 2019, producer CV Kumar had announced that his production house would be making a sequel to this successful film. While it was earlier announced that Vishnu Vishal and Karunakaran will be returning for the sequel, Ravikumar will only be scripting the film, and his associate Karthik will take over the direction duties.

Meanwhile, when a Twitter user asked if there are any updates regarding the pre-production works of the sequel, the production team has surprised everyone with the reply. “Script in final stage @Ravikumar_Dir sent us the first draft yesterday morning only. Scripting gets delayed cause of its complexity and his direction work of one of Tamils iconic movie #Ayalan. The script came up very well and hilarious & it will be a feast to audience.”

For the unversed, director Ravikumar is also simultaneously busy with the works of his second feature film, Ayalaan which features Sivakarthikeyan and Rakul Preet Singh in lead. Stay tuned for all exciting updates!
