Kanaa is a film produced by Sivakarthikeyan under the banner Sivakarthikeyan Productions and featured Aishwarya Rajesh, Sathyaraj and Darshan in the lead roles. The film also had Sivakarthikeyan in an extended cameo.
The film had marked the directorial debut of Arunraja Kamaraj and the film released on 21st December last year and received positive reviews and did wonders at the box office. While the music is composed by Dhibu Ninan Thomas, the cinematography was done by Dinesh Krishnan, and the film’s cuts were handled by Ruben.
The film is now being remade in Telugu which is titled as Kausalya Krishnamurthy where Aishwarya will be seen reprising her role. Directed by Bheemaneni Srinivasa Rao and produced by KA Vallabha, the teaser of this film will be launched today by Megastar, Chiranjeevi.
