AFTER LEGENDARY DIRECTOR, THIS PONNIYIN SELVAN ACTOR JOINS THE CAST OF DHANUSH'S D44!
Home > Tamil Movies > Tamil Cinema NewsEarlier today it was reported that legendary Actor and Director Bharathiraja had joined the cast of Dhanush's upcoming project D44, directed by Mithran Jawahar. The yet-to-be-titled film has Dhanush working on the story, screenplay and dialogues. Anirudh Ravichander has been roped in to score music for the film.
Sun Pictures, which is bankrolling this project has welcomed yet another cast member into its team - Acclaimed Actor Prakash Raj will be acting in this movie in a prominent role too.

The other cast members are expected to be announced soon and fans are excited to see this movie on the big screens. Meanwhile, Dhanush is currently engaged with the shoot of his next film, 'Maaran', directed by Karthick Naren and has Malavika Mohanan as the female lead. The film, which was earlier titled 'D43', got its title and first look poster recently.
Prakash Raj, who's awaiting the release of his short titled 'Edhiri' in the nine-part Netflix anthology 'Navarasa', has a host of films in the pipeline including 'Ponniyin Selvan', 'KGF Chapter 2', 'Pushpa' and 'Annatthe'
