The ace-actor has now joined hands with popular Director Halitha Shameem for his next. Sharing the news the director took to Twitter to share a photo from the shoot on Arjun Das' birthday. Fans immediately took to the comments to note that they were excited that he is working with Halitha Shameem and even asked her as to what the title of the movie is. She assured that she'll reveal the name soon and asked fans to wait. 

Halitha Shameem, who worked as an assistant director with Pushkar-Gayathri and Mysskin, gained popularity with her films 'Poovarasam Peepee', 'Sillu Karupatti' and 'Aelay'.

Arjun Das was last seen in Thalapathy Vijay's 'Master' which was released this year. The movie was directed By Lokesh Kanagaraj and featured Vijay Sethupathi, Shanthanu, Malavika Mohanan, Andrea Jeremiah and others. He has also signed a Tollywood film 'Production No. 9' which is likely to be the Telugu remake of the superhit Malayalam movie 'Kappela' starring Anna Ben, Roshan Mathew and Sreenath Bhasi. He is also working on Director Vasanthabalan's next titled 'Aneethi'.
