Of late, many fake accounts of popular actors have increased on the newly introduced app - CLUBHOUSE. Actors like Dulquer Salmaan and Prithviraj Sukumaran have come out with clarifications that they are not there in those platforms.

Now, Nivin Pauly has taken to his social media to alert his fans. He wrote, “Hello friends, please note that I am not on Clubhouse and these accounts under my name are fake. I will keep everyone informed incase if I join any other new social media account.”

For the unversed, Clubhouse is an application that has now been gaining widespread popularity - it is an invitation-only social media app for iOS and Android where users can communicate in voice chat rooms that accommodate groups of up to 5,000 people. The audio-only app hosts live discussions, with opportunities to participate through speaking and listening.
