Actor Karthik runs a party called ‘Manitha Urimaigal Kaakkum Katchi’. Karthik, who met reporters a few days ago, expressed his support for the AIADMK alliance. He also answered questions from reporters on a number of issues, including his position in politics.
He was involved in the election campaign last night in support of the AIADMK-BJP alliance candidates. Suddenly, he developed shortness of breath. Immediately, he was admitted to Malar Fortis Hospital in Adyar, Chennai with the help of an ambulance.
Doctors are giving him intensive treatment. He has tested negative for covid. On the work front, he’s part of the Prashanth starrer Andhagan which is the Tamil remake of Andhadhun. Simran and Priya Anand play pivotal roles in the film which is directed by Prashanth’s dad Thyiagarajan. Santosh Narayanan scores music.
