"A NEW BEGINNING...": POPULAR ACTOR'S TWEET ON ACTING FOR SILAMBARASAN'S NEXT IS GRABBING EYEBALLS!

He recently completed shooting of Venkat Prabhu's 'Maanaadu' and had also begun filming his next with Gautham Menon titled 'Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu'. He is also expected to start shooting for another film 'Pathu Thala' directed by Obeli N Krishna of 'Sillunnu Oru Kadhal' fame very soon.
'Pathu Thala' is the remake of 'Mufti', a blockbuster Kannada film by director Narthan. Simbu will be sharing screen space with Gautham Karthik in the remake version
Gautham Karthik, who started shooting for his portions today, took to social media to share a picture of himself in the sets of 'Pathu Thala' and captioned the photo saying: "A New Beginning. The start of a journey that I've spent a long time waiting for.". The photo is gaining a lot of attention and is going viral on social media.

The Tamil remake will also star Priya Bhavani Shankar, Madras fame Kalaiarasan, Manushiyaputhiran and Asuran fame Teejay. Music composer AR Rahman has already begun composing music for the film.
