Yennai Arindhaal's mixed bag at the overseas box-office

 

Trusted overseas trackers have updated that the film has grossed 153,680 ASD (74.38 lakhs) from 12 screens after its opening weekend in Australia. This gross figure is more than Arrambam's entire lifetime business and is seen as a very good figure. 'I' and Kaththi opened better in Australia, than Yennai Arindhaal though.

 

In the UK, the performance hasn't been great and the 4 day opening weekend gross is reported to be 105,188 pounds (close to 1 crore). It is said that Ajith's other films such as Arrambam and Mankatha had a better UK opening weekend compared to Yennai Arindhaal.
