''Yennai Arindhaal moved me to tears''

English subtitles are seen as a vital tool to increase the reach and market for Tamil films in other markets, where Tamil isn't a predominant language. The grand productions featuring big stars and notable names, have a good chance of making major inroads with subtitles.

There are a few unflinching professionals who are working as subtitlists for Tamil films, with the noble intention of increasing the visibility of our films. Nandini Karky, the better half of lyricist Madhan Karky, has done the subtitling for Ajith's Yennai Arindhaal and this is what she feels about the movie and the overall experience.
