Editor Kishore's condition - An update

Legendary editor Lenin's assistant Kishore debuted with Eeram in the year 2009 and went on to showcase his skills through notable films like Engeyum Eppothum, Paradesi, Udhayam NH4 and Ethir Neechal. He is currently involved in a bunch of much-expected films such as Kanchana 2, Tharai Thappattai to name a few.

 

Kishore won the coveted National award for ‘Best Editing’ in 2011 for Aadukalam. Last Friday, when the technician was at the edit suite, in talks with Vetrimaaran about their future projects, all of a sudden he is said to have fainted. When admitted at the hospital, reports say, Kishore has had a clot in his brain leading to a brain stroke.

 

Long working hours and few sleepless days are said to have taken their toll on the talented editor who is known to be a complete teetotaler. Continuous treatment is happening and Kishore is in a coma state right now. Known for his calm nature and helpful tendency, let us all pray for the immediacy of his recovery.
