Shriya Saran bags a meaty part in a much-expected remake

After a debacle with Action Jackson, National Award winning actor Ajay Devgn has moved onto his next project. The untitled Nishikant Kamat directed project is the remake of the Mohan Lal starrer Drishyam, which is also made as Paapanasam in Tamil with Kamal Haasan.

Adding to the old news, the Delhi beauty Shriya Saran will play Ajay's wife in the Hindi version, this role was originally played by Meena in Malayalam and Gautami Tadimalla in Tamil. With such a meaty role, Shriya is bound to turn heads post this. Banking on the homely role Shriya recently portrayed in Gopala Gopala, this role will be a cakewalk in terms of looks.
