Mammootty is back to Tamil with a master story-teller

Director Ram does take the time to make films, but once they make it to the theatres, they become timeless pieces of artwork. The headlines is, Ram is teaming up with Mollywood sensation, Mammootty for a straight Tamil film. The project is said to go on floor by September of this year. An actor like Mammootty and a story-teller like Ram, wait for some heart-wrenching cinema, with Yuvan's music for company.

Adding to the news, the director's long in the making Taramani, a romantic story with Andrea and newcomer Vasanth Ravi as the leads, is all done and just two more songs are left to be shot. Produced by JSK Sathish, team Taramani are planning for a June or July release.
