That Santhosh Narayanan was a talented technician and musician was evident in 2012 itself, when he made his debut with movies like Attakathi and Pizza. He slowly made a move towards the next level in 2013 with Soodhu Kavvum.

2014 has been marvelous for this unassuming man as films like Cuckoo, Madras, Enakkul Oruvan and the sensational Jigarthanda have firmly established him as the most promising among the younger composers.
