Priya Anand’s rail journey with her close friend

As reported earlier, Priya Anand will play the female lead in R Kannan’s Sakkarai, an upcoming road movie. The actress will join the team, involving her close friend comedian Satish and Vemal, on February 19^th for a month long schedule.
 

Talking to behindwoods about the plan, director Kannan said, “The Pooja for the project will happen on February 19^th at the famous AVM Studios Vinayaka Temple. Following that will be a 30 day long schedule that will happen in Chennai, Thoothukudi, Kayalpattinam and Kalakkadu.”
 

The first 10 days of the schedule will happen in Chennai, in a train set. Following that, the team will shoot in Thoothukudy railway station for another 10 days and in the villages of Kayalpattinam and Kalakkad for the rest of the schedule.
 

The project will be supported by a strong crew consisting of composer Imman, cinematographer Muthaiah and art director Videsh.
