History to repeat itself with another 'Vijay vs Vishal' !

Poojai will be Vishal – director Hari combination’s next movie. Their previous project, Thamirabarani released before a period of 7 years. However, Vishal is a different star now, especially after his last two releases Pandiya Nadu and Naan Sigappu Manithan.
 

Director Hari, in a press release, said, “Poojai’s hero fights against one of the very important problems in the country. Like a triangular love story, this movie will be a triangular action story. The movie starts in Coimbatore and will end in Bihar.”
 

Generally the director’s love portions have had a rural flavour to it. However, Poojai will have a modern and professional heroine – Shruti Haasan. Hari said, “Shruti has a meaty role in the movie, and will appear throughout the movie. The love portion will be completely different from what you have seen in my movies.”
 

Will Poojai better Thamirabarani?
 

Hari said, “Poojai will be a better version of all my movies. It will mark a different level for both Vishal and me!”
 

The team begins shoot tomorrow, and are planning to release the movie by Diwali. It is to be noted that another biggie, the Ilayathalapathy Vijay – AR Murugadoss project, Kaththi is also scheduled to release during Diwali. Interestingly, before seven years, Thamirabarani and Pokkiri had clashed in the Box Office for Pongal 2007. Looks like, history is all set to repeat itself!
