Kamasutra 3D heroine to do a movie in Tamil
May 01, 2014 Bollywood actress Sherlyn Chopra has always been in the news. She shot to the pinnacle when she did a photoshoot for Playboy magazine and featured in the 3D film Kamasutra.
Reportedly, she is doing a bi-lingual movie in Malayalam and Tamil, titled Bad Girl. The movie is all set to be dubbed in Hindi, Telugu, Bhojpuri and few other languages. About the movie, Sherlyn said, “The script is what attracted me to the 'Bad Girl'. The film is set against the milieu of the fashion industry and is about love, lust and passion of a woman who is caught in it.”
The director of the film Shajiyem said: “ I chose Sherlyn Chopra to do Bad Girl as she has an international image. The story is about a bold and daring girl Priya Sharma, who has to face all odds to survive and be successful in the fashion industry. Earlier we had approached a leading lady in south but she wanted the role to be toned down. But when we met Sherlyn after going through the script she agreed. The film is being made under the banner of Shah Films (Bangalore) by Salim Shah and shoot will start by May end.”
The film has music by Sri Murali, an upcoming music director in Malayalam Tamil, Telugu and Kannada. He is a keyboard player who has done over 2500 films in various languages and has worked with legends like MS Viswanathan, Isaignani Ilayaraja and AR Rahman.
