'I' is a massive hit already!!!

A.R.Rahman and Shankar, the combo that churned out 8 superhit albums in the past, is back with a bang, with a pulse-setting album in the form of ‘I'. The songs from the movie were officially released in iTunes around 12 a.m. today (15th September).
 

The social networking forums, unlike other late Sunday nights, were very active with the sole talking point being the music of ‘I’ and just within hours of the release, the album went on to top the iTunes chart.
 

The album has 7 songs in total and all the numbers sound distinct and international. The responses from social forums have all been extremely positive so far. Looks like the hit combo is back with another blockbuster album.
