“Many advised me against taking up Maan Karate”, Hansika reveals

Hansika’s career path is on a steady ascent and the ravishing beauty is busy with many projects in her kitty. Her next in Tamil will be Maan Karate directed by Thirukumaran with Siva Karthikeyan as her co-star. The music of the film scored by Anirudh is already quite popular.

However Hansika reveals that while she was about to accept Maan Karate, there were many who advised her against taking up the film. But she stood her ground and said that she liked the script and her character Yaazhini. She also knew that Siva Karthikeyan is popular and a good hero and that helped her tilt the balance towards accepting the film.

Maan Karate is slated to release on 4^th April 2014 after the censor formalities are completed.
