'Amma Theaters' to promote small budget films?

After making a major splash with 'Amma Unavagam' which sells good quality food at really affordable rates, the Tamil Nadu government is pondering over starting 'Amma Theaters' all over the state, to predominantly screen small budget films at really affordable rates to promote viewership for such films.

The Mayor of Chennai City, Saidai Duraisamy announced various new plans and measures at the Chennai City Corporation meeting held today morning and 'Amma Theaters' was one among these ambitious plans. This announcement has really sent a lot of excitement among cine buffs and the industry.
