Siva Karthikeyan to join the force in January

Siva Karthikeyan will be donning a cop role in his second film with Durai Senthil Kumar, who ventured as a director with Ethir Neechal. Our sources now tell us that the film will go on floors in January. There were rumours earlier suggesting that Nazriya might do the female lead. But our sources have confirmed that Nazriya isn’t part of the film and that they are already in talks with a few other top heroines for the role.
 

The Ethir Neechal team will work in this project too. Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films would be funding the film and composer Anirudh and cinematographer Velraj would be performing their duties.
 

Meanwhile, Siva Karthikeyan is presently busy with Thirukumaran’s Maan Karate, which has story and screenplay written by AR Murugadoss. The actor also has a project with director Ponram of Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam fame.
