First time director Ganesaa is attempting to carve a film without the usual heroic elements such as beating up baddies and showing off strength. In his debut film titled Nambiar, which stars Srikanth in the lead, the director will portray his hero’s brains instead of his brawns.

The film is being made as a comedy laced mind-game. Srikanth will have Santhanam for company throughout the film while Sunaina will play the heroine. The supporting cast will feature Jayaprakash, John Vijay and yesteryear actress Vanitha.

The technical crew will feature M.S. Prabhu behind the camera, Dilip Subbarayan for stunts, music by Vijay Antony and Vivek Shah for editing. Director Ganesaa has worked with SS Rajamouli in the past for story discussions and has assisted Vikraman and Kannan.
