Meghna Raj replaces Lakshmi Menon

One of 2012’s biggest hits, Sundarapandian, which starred Sasikumar and Lakshmi Menon and was directed by first-timer Prabhakaran is all set to be remade in Kannada, we hear.

Apparently Meghna Raj, who will also be seen in Jayam Ravi’s Nimirndhu Nil soon, has been signed up as the female lead in the Kannada version of Sundarapandian while Yash plays the hero. The film which sees Meghna returning to Kannada films after a period will have music by notable composer Hamsalekha and will be directed by Guru Deshpande. The film will be called Raja Huli.
