''We will take legal action against Hansika''

Seetharamula Kalyanam (Telugu) starring Nitin and Hansika in the lead released in 2010. The film is being dubbed in Tamil by Sivam Associates as Rowdy Kottai.
 

But, Hansika has now apparently filed a complaint with the Film Actors’ Association saying that this film shouldn’t be released in Tamil.

Responding to the complaint, S Sundaralakshmi of Sivam Associates says, “I purchased the dubbing rights of the film from its producers, Wellfare Creations. I have also completed the dubbing process. I came across the complaint filed by Hansika in a daily and I contacted the production company. They inform me that there was no agreemet whatsoever, restricting the film from being dubbed into Tamil.”

He also added, “If this is indeed the issue, she must take action against the production company. Filing a complaint against us isnt going to stop us from releasing the movie. So we have requested her to take her complaint back. But, If she isn’t going to change her stand, we might have to take legal action against her and she might also have to compensate the losses we incur due to her actions.”
