As like his movies, his style of working is
also unique. For one thing he never starts a project
until it is fully-fledged and he always holds
discussions between 5 AM and 10 AM. Though the
general trend, in Kollywood, is that the discussions
are either held at mornings or late nights, the
director justifies his style of working saying
that his imagination sparks off during that time.
And his assistants never seem to complain about
his peculiar timings and are always ready for
discussions. Probably their patience is paying
off well. For, Linguswamy, toeing in line with
director Shankar, also intends to give a break
to his assistants by producing their movies under
his home production, Tirupathi Brothers.
