Added to this is Selvaraghavan's reputation
as a master storyteller who can spin tales poignantly
to touch the hearts of the audience. Music, among
other things, is what the director concentrates,
for all his films have had songs that were chartbusters.
And his earlier ventures with Yuvan Shankar Raja
bear testimony to this fact.
Adding one more to the feathers in his cap, in
Aayirathil Oruvan, will be a guest performance
by Parthiban. It’s no surprise that an actor
of his stature has agreed for a cameo as he has
done it before in Anthapuram. But then, Parthiban
is always experimenting and is open to new ideas
and roles and we expect his role in Aayirathil
Oruvan to be as different as it was in Anthapuram.
And that is not all! Even Dhanush, the younger
brother of the director will appear in a guest
role. With Aayirathil Oruvan having an array of
actors like Reema Sen, Andrea and Karthi it is
quite natural that the film is drawing a lot of
attention.
