Every
Sunday 9 to 10.30 : Well do not be surprised
folks. This is not any gossip that we are
talking about. This is the name of a movie
produced by Vision 21 Creative Works. Thanks
to the CM’s announcement of tax exemption
for movies with Tamil titles, this movie
is rechristened into Pradhi Nyayiru 9 mudhal
10.30 varai (Every Sunday 9 to 10.30).
M
Anbu who assisted Bharathiraja in
many of his movies directs this venture.
He also takes care of the story, screenplay
and dialogues. We asked the director
what his movie is about. Over to him
– this is a story about four
students who cheat their parents by
taking money from them in the name
of their studies and blow it on Sundays.
They eagerly wait for every Sunday
and let their hair down indulging
themselves in all the mischievous
things. An incident that happens on
one such Sunday overturns their life
forever.
What
happens next is the theme of the movie.
I have explored the unexplored avenues of
the theme, which nobody dared to touch,
Anbu assures. The screenplay will take you
to the edge of the seat and provide with
numerous interesting twists and turns, he
adds further.
Suresh
debuts as the lead in the movie and
Kalyani (Sun TV’s Annamalai
serial fame) who was a child star
and stole the heart of viewers in
“Alli Thantha Vaanam”
is ready to smear the pan cake as
a heroine. Time flies fast huh? This
Adyar Bala Vidya Mandir student has
been rechristened as Purnitha. Though
this is her maiden appearance as heroine,
Purnitha had no qualms about appearing
in skimpy outfits. Sources also reveal
that she has acted in kissing scenes
too. This may not be something unusual
for films, but what is more interesting
is the reaction of actor Vikram to
this.
Incidentally
Vikram and Purnitha work out in the same
gym, and Vikram having come to know about
Purnitha acting boldly has chided her affectionately
and had advised her to have a cautious approach.
Let us hope the advice of Vikram has been
heeded to in a positive fashion. Anyway,
wishing the best for the entire unit.
