S
J Suryah, Namitha shower room images
in a fresh controversy

We
had reported about the upcoming Viyabari
starring director S J Suryah with three
heroines in our website yesterday. Photo
session involving the lead actors of the
movie was completed and photographs released
subsequently. The pictures were nothing
short of an impending commotion. The snapshots
of Namitha and S J Suryah in a bathroom
sequence clearly ring the bell of a forthcoming
controversy. In fact some of them have even
been printed at the muhurat invitation.
This has definitely caused a furore in Kodambakkam
circles.
When
Namitha was questioned on this, she
was the last person to be perturbed.
She feels that her name brings with
it a glamorous element and she does
not want to disappoint her fans. All
the same, she sure does know the limits
of decency and would never cross the
same. Her fans would not encourage
her to act in serious heart wrenching
roles. Since she acts as an airhostess
in the movie, her costumes would also
toe the line with her role in the
film.
Shakthi Chidambaram the director feels
that public is not averse to glamour
and as long as there is a positive
response from them, he would continue
to have such scenes. According to
him, a man and woman are at their
intimate best only in a bedroom and
bathroom. Bedroom scenes have been
used in Tamil films immensely. Hence
for a change, he is presenting bathroom
as the hub of activity in this movie.
The
movie demands this particular scene to indicate
the imminence of Suryah and Namitha. That
aside the movie mainly deals with demerits
of money in life.
In the past S J Suryah was always in the
centre of some kind of excitement regarding
morality and values and this time he reiterates
his image of a playboy with these pictures.
Please watch this space for further uproar
if any…
