Guess it is all a strategy, considering that
Kaalai was touted to be a Diwali release initially.
With some post-production work still pending,
sources say that Simbu had earlier planned a late
November or early December release.
Sources now indicate a Pongal release citing
that the festive season would have a grand opening
and will add to the expectation of his fans. With
his plans to wind up Silambaattam by February
and start Kettavan by March, his fans will see
a bevy of releases next year. Hope this time all
of his movies comes out as scheduled without any
hindrance.
