P C Sreeram will be handling the camera in the film which went on floors a couple of weeks back.

While scouting for a suitable heroine for Maddy, the crew has finalized Neetu Chandra who has featured in Hindi films like Traffic Signal and Garam Masala and in the Telugu blockbuster Godavari. An interesting fact about Neetu is that she was considered and later rejected by Bala for Naan Kadavul. It was earlier said that Esha Deol will be Maddy’s lady costar in the film as she can speak Tamil and Hindi but Neetu has taken her place now alongside Maddy.

Director Vikram when talking about the film says, “It is filled with suspense right from the start to finish and a complete thriller in Tamil after a long time”
