Sarath
at crossroads – Radhika expelled
from AIADMK
Oct
18, 2006
Radhika
has been dismissed from the AIADMK party
for her involvement in anti-party activities.
A statement released by the party General
Secretary Jayalalitha today, confirmed
the same and requested the party workers
not to collaborate with her any further.
The party workers are also advised to
discontinue any kind of contacts whatsoever
with Radhika.
Radhika, who is married to Sarath
Kumar, joined the AIADMK when Sarath
Kumar found his abode in the arms
of the party during the assembly elections.
The union with AIADMK proved disastrous
for his political career and earlier
he ditched DMK for not granting his
supporters enough number of seats
in the election and alleged the party
for showing disrespect towards him.
It is assumed that Radhika’s
appearance in the CM felicitation
ceremony caused rage in the party
since no other actor folks who belong
to the AIADMK party participated in
the function.
The
statement released by the AIADMK headquarters
instructs the party workers in a stringent
tone to avoid contacts with Radhika, which
is funny because Sarath Kumar is still
an active member of the AIADMK. Now, Radhika’s
marital peace lies only in the decision
taken by Sarath Kumar, who is at dire
straits.
