as Nadiya Moidhu, she made her debut
with the Tamil version of the same
movie Poove Poochoodava. The movie
saw her rose to stardom and she ruled
the Tamil screens for another four
to five years with her self-imposed
morals and values. She was one of
the very few ladies of her period
who managed to make it to the top
without having to display skin.
Rumor
has it that she is likely to be back in
the Tamil movie scene. Sources reveal
that she has bid goodbye to her American
life and is relocating to Chennai. Her
long time friend Arjun is extending his
