The actor says that Payanigal Gavanathirku, to be shot entirely in a train, is about how he wins the hearts of all the passengers during unforeseen circumstances that unfolds during the journey. Leading heroines including Shriya were approached for the role opposite Jeevan but they have all turned down the offer.
