In fact Fazil could be credited for introducing
talented heroines like Nadiya and Shalini to the
film world. In Kadhalukku Mariyadhai, he supported
love and at the same time stressed the importance
of parental approval and happiness.
Fazil’s last Tamil film Oru Naal Oru Kanavu
with Srikanth and Soniya Agarwal met with a moderate
response. Now after a long hiatus, director Priyadarshan
is bringing him back to Kollywood as a part of
his contract with UTV where he will be producing
a Tamil flick which will be directed by Fazil.
The title of the film and the cast are yet to
be finalized.
