This ex-cop was all praise for director Saamy
for his deft handling of this movie.
He went on to say that it was the story, which
Saamy narrated to him, that intrigued him and
was instrumental in convincing him to attend the
function. Further, mentioning it to be bold attempt
on the director’s part to narrate a story
based on AIDS disease and also his honest depiction
of its effects on the society. This movie, he
said, carries a very apt and important social
message well encapsulated in the medium of cinema,
something rarely seen these days.
