is still very much a part of his Kettavan, that
it will start rolling after he is done with Silambattam
and that it is the producer and director of the
movie who have been replaced, not the heroine.
His experiment doesn’t stop there. For
Simbu has gone a step further and is in talks
to include the cast of the popular Vijay TV soap,
Kanaa Kaanum Kaalangal. During his stint as one
of the judges for a dance show on this channel,
he witnessed the talent of the cast of this soap
and was visibly impressed with the performance
of Monisha, one of the cast members of KKK, as
the soap is popularly known. In the midst of all
this, the producer of Kettavan is laughing all
the way to the bank as the movie has already been
sold for Rs. 8 crores fetching him a profit of
around Rs. 2.3 crores.
