A total of 15000 fans are expected to donate
blood at these camps being organised at various
government hospitals throughout the month of November.
The organisation has announced that the month
of November will be "Uyir Kakkum Maadham"
or life saving month and is organising the blood
donation camps.
The inaugural function was held on 4th November
at the HUC School at D'Meles Road, Pulianthope,Chennai.
Mrs.Gowthami inaugurated the function in which
Dr.Dhanapal, Dean of Kilpauk Medical College was
a special guest. Dr.Kantharaj, Dr.Raghupathy,Dr.Pathy,Dr.Ashok
Kumar and Poonga Nagar MLA Mr.Srinivasan participated
in the camp. Gowthami who has been a long time
friend of Kamal has proved that she stands by
Kamal for a cause, no matter what. She personally
supervised the camp and welcomed the participants.
Nice to see stars standing up for one another
for a noble cause.
The function was organised by Mr.Gunaseelan,Secretary,
Kamal Haasan Narpani Iyakkam, P.R.O Nikil, Poonganagar
Karunakaran and V.Kesavan. Central Chennai District
Secretaries Dharani,Ramesh Babu, Krishnan,Raja,
North Chennai District Secretaries Shankar, Maran
and South Chennai District Secretaries John, Ezhumalai
participated in the function and felicitated the
guests.
