Ajith used to be one of the few people
in the industry to talk their mind
out. This was when he had fewer hits
and when he was still learning the
nuances of the industry. But not anymore.
He does not meet the media persons
any longer. Nor does he grace the
public gatherings that he attends
with his speech. He has become a man
of few words in the line of A.R. Rahman.
He gave the media a glimpse of his transformation
in the press meet he gathered to celebrate
the success of Varalaru recently in a five
star hotel. He addressed the crowd with
a few words by stating ‘I wanted to
meet all of you.
That
is the purpose of gathering this meet’. After
conveying this ‘too short to be called a message’,
Ajith went on to his silence mode. If you might remember,
he had not granted interviews to any tabloids for
quite sometime.
The
press meet of Varalaru had another significant incident
attached to it. Ajith has clubbed the celebrations
of his father’s 75th birthday along with the
celebration of Varalaru’s success.
