is the latest update on Kamal's magnum opus
Dasavatharam.As we all know Kamal essays
10 different roles in this movie.The 10
roles include, A King, A Villain, A young
man, A foreigner, A Skinny weakling, A body
builder and An old woman.
Recently,a
scene involving Napoleon and Kamal
was shot in AVM studio.This scene
was shot using a special camera that
was imported from Australia and an
Aussie cameraman was also brought
in to shoot these portions.
Cinematographer Ravi Varman had also
come to the studio to plan the shot
with the Australian. A foreigner entered
the studio at that time and Ravi Varman
approached him and started discussing
the camera work that would suit the
shot.
After
a while the Australian cameraman came in.
Only then did Ravivarman realize that he
was actually chatting with Kamal in his
foreigner guise for the movie. The make-up
is said to be that realistic.
Kamal is also said to have stunned the unit
in his 92 year old woman's get-up. Scenes
of him teaching music to children, in this
get-up, were also shot.
